The latest update on the ‘Hearthstone’ tournament that saw players play ‘hockey’ on an arena

The latest edition of our ‘Hex’ series is all about the tournament that is Hearthstone, and how it has grown in popularity and relevance over the past few months.
With the new tournament format being announced, many of us were curious to know what the tournament was about and how the ‘hockeys’ could compete.
To find out, I reached out to a number of Hearthstone players to find out more about the format.
Some of the most interesting stories I received were as follows:1.
Hearthstone is not a spectator sport, but a competitive one (I was curious if there would be any rules or guidelines for the tournament, but not sure that there would have been, as this is not something I was aware of).
The format is still relatively unknown, so it was a bit tricky to find a player that could tell me a bit about it, as it is quite new.
Many players seemed to have some kind of preconceived idea of how the tournament would work.
The prize pool is still unknown.
The tournament itself is quite competitive, with the most popular deck being ‘Aggro’ or ‘Midrange’ decks, and also some ‘Mid’ or Control decks.
The ‘Hive’ format is a new format that many of the top Hearthstone players have already played in, and I wonder if it will be an even better experience.
As the format gets better, the players that are most familiar with it will get more exposure and become more popular.
Hearthstone may not be a spectator game, but it is still competitive.
The tournaments are still very much on the horizon.
I would like to see Hearthstone go further than it has in the past.
I hope that Hearthstone players will get to experience a more competitive experience with the tournament.
